As a smoker (we are paying the taxes for all the no-smokers >:( >:( I found it a pity to through this one away till I heard of Earls idea:
http://f295.tompersinger.com/cgi-bin/Blah/Blah.pl?m-1138224369/s-0/highlight-/#num0
As I didn't need the hole set, Earl was so nice to send me some of the smallers (thank you, Earl :P )
No detail pics of the camera ( would have been macro which I can't do with my old digi cam)
Technical details:
Camera body is about 14,5 cm long, 4,5 cm wide and 13 mm deep, so the closest hole was the 0,150 mm.
Mounting this tiny thing gave some problems, but finally I made an "oversized" needle pinhole of about 1,5 mm into a piece of a soda can and glued the small thing carefully into position.
Next I drilled a normal hole of about 3 mm in the center of the back and mounted the piece of soda can including the original pinhole with black tape inside the Dannemann.
Shutter is just the good old black tape.
Normally I wanted to test this camera with 35 mm Ortho film that I can load under red safe light but as I only have yellow-green and a test with Maco Orth 25 just loading one small piece in yellow green into a tank and another one in absolute darkness showed a lot of fogging with the "exposed" one. Therefore I just shot the first film tonight inside (heavily underexposed) on 35 mm T-Max 100 exposed as 50 and developed in Microdol X.
The results are not yet optimal, but I CAN SEE SOMETHING on the negatives. Hope that the positives will be good enough for enlargements (contact prints and treatment with PS is not my beer)

Ah, like an extra-long Gumpintoid. :)

Remember the Twin Rules of Ultrawide:

Get closer!!

and...

You don't really need to aim it, just Get Closer!!!

I got closer: one 10 cm and another 3 cm (!!!) but I need to aim! They are actually drying, within some hours they are on f295
