Cyanotype works with many papers. The biggest potential problem is alkali buffering chemicals in the paper. You can solve this by soaking the paper in an acid solution. I have heard that people use citric acid or household vinegar for this purpose. The traditional cyanotype recipe is less sensitive to paper differences than Mike Ware's new cyanotype. I would use whatever art paper you have available - I like hot press watercolor paper, but a rougher finish will work. Cyanotype is cheap - just try it on the paper without any prep to see how it works. If you have problems with spontaneous fogging or with blotches, then try acidifying the paper and try again.
My favorite papers for cyanotype are Arches Platine, Arches Aquarelle, Fabriano Artistico

If you can find it and afford it, Bergger's COT-320 works WONDERFULLY for cyanotype. If I have some on hand it is all I use for this process.
