I have now a second body-cap for the Canon EOS 300 analog. I make it of a body-cap and a beer-can to get a focal-length of 105 mm. Hole 0,37, f 284 :)
Tomorrow I will shoot a film and try how it works ::) Attached files http://f295.f295.org/uploads/canoneos300_4828.jpg (http://f295.f295.org/uploads/canoneos300_4828.jpg)

Excellent !

Did you flock the inside?
Might as well paint it and glue on a ring for filters and a hood.

Careful, Daryl -- someone might think it was a commercially made accessory if you do all that! If it looks like a beer can, you'll get more "Wow, you take pictures with that?!" reactions than if it looks like something from Spiratone or Vivitar...

Mmmm beer. The fun is having to drink the beer before use. Cans are great for pinholing, I think we have a marketing ploy on our hands.

Yeah! I think I'll fit a Speedex with a 250mm f/360 Heineken!

355 ml = 250 mm? Oh, yeah, you must be including the original bellows draw (~ 125+150+?)

Since I started succesfully to make my pinholes from beer cans, I just can't wait to make so many new cameras that I have to empty another beer can to make even more pinholes to make even more cameras to open another can of beer to make... .....hick :)

Hmm, you may have to consider the purchase of a few "tall-boy" beer cans. This will give you a nice telephoto effect.

Now, if money were no object, we'd all be shooting with those big Foster's oil cans, just like the pro sports photographers.

Can't rememberin which section it was, but some time ago a guy from Germany (I believe it was Peronius) did that:: Used the bottom of a bottle as lens (not exactly pinhole, but nevertheless.
