You're having wa-a-a-y too much fun, and developing a great style while you're at it. This is very cool.

as mentioned earlier, these do have a bit of a van gogh feel to them, especially this strolling guy. are you channeling vincent?

The image above reminds me of some of the paintings and wood cuts by British artist Billy Childish. He is a painter, poet, super 8 film maker and musician. His current band, The Buff Medaways, play strange shape guitars through very vintage amplifiers, wear Victorian army uniforms and have handlebar moustaches.

have a look at: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Billy_Childish it is a pinhole photograph of Billy taken by the band's drummer Wolf Howard. It is only after looking for these links that I discovered Wolf Howard was a member of the Stuckism photography group and specialises in pinhole photography. He says "There is something special about a pinhole camera. There is a beauty in its simplicity and rawness that technology has not been able to better. There is a timeless quality that can make the most uncomplicated subject seem full of poetry. In each pinhole picture I take I hope to capture the joy and excitement that the early pioneering photographers (Fox Talbot and friends) must have felt when they took and developed photographs for the very first time".

Also here is some of his artwork: http://www.theebillychildish.com/art.htm

And finally, a link to his band stuff with a superb photo of them in Russian army uniforms: http://www.damagedgoods.co.uk/buffmedways/index.html
