Got a decent crop of images yesterday despite the drizzly weather.
There's a version of this in colour there too in the colour images section.
This place is a church ruin in Kilkishen, Co, Clare, i've been here before for IR.
No noise added on this one, it's all down to iso1600 and a 30 sec exposure.
I jusr converted to B&W and adjusted histogram with levels.
I like this one alot. Attached files http://f295.f295.org/uploads/_igp1137ir_190.jpg (http://f295.f295.org/uploads/_igp1137ir_190.jpg)

As do I. Very nice series, but I think this is my favorite.

I really like this one... the light foliage and the softness make it work and it looks nicely balanced

I can't help wondering how much of the grainy look is jpeg compression and how much is the original image. Would you consider posting a small fragment of this image sized up and saved at a high quality so I can get an idea? [it'd have to be a small fragment to keep the total file size down]

I love this one best of the two. It has a haunting, etherial quality. Very nice. :)

All the boise is from the camera in this one, there's not much point in posting the original as it's almost identical to this smaller version. At 1600 the pentax is noisy, couple that with a 30 sec exposure and thats the result i ended up with.
At 800 it's very nice though, will be posting more IR pinhole soon.
