Notifications - non email option?

Hi there,
Would it be possible to have updates to threads/forums that one has asked to be notified on listed in the member centre? And, if that is possible, to select to not to receive email notices?

I would like to be able to opt to see these notices here rather than on my webmail site. Currently, I have to go to another website - my email service - to find out what's going on here.

Apologies if this is already available - if it is, perhaps you could point me in the right direction. :)
