Joe, you could try making a password specifically for imovie in your google account. The option should be under the security settings. That way you don't need to go trough all the hassle every time...
Great design and execution as usual. What are the two top posts for? Framing? Wouldn't that give you a false frame as the sheet is wider than the front of the camera?

I'm just pulling stuff out of the air here, but that DP paper is fiber based. Did you process it like you should, or did you do the same as with RC coated paper?
