    camera obscura

Just did a dry run with the .37 diopter lens and the screen at about 3 meeters -- worked great! Psyched for Saturday.

I posted a few cardboard tube shots on a new thread under BW pinhole images...

Looking forward to making some images that I develop a little more carefully...

Ah, very interesting. It seems like I'm going to be adjusting where I put the screen more than anything. I'll bring all the diopter lenses I have scrounged together and see what combination does the...

I think I've just answered my questions 2 and 3. Apparently, stacking lenses is ok. And yes, they should be "stopped down".

    Would still love your thoughts!

It's been a while, but I'm actually doing the project I described at the beginning of this thread next weekend (and it is being funded by a grant and supported by my local arts council). Exciting!

    Polaroid Swinger 20 conversion

    Jim and Earl --

You are both entirely right... voices of reason. It's just that it's sitting there, with it's alluring white molded plastic, beckoning me to do something with it. It's true, I have...

    Polaroid Swinger 20 conversion

I picked up a Swinger 20 at an estate sale two doors down from my house (how convenient!) for a couple bucks. It's really pleasingly attractive.

In the day, it took Polaroid "20" roll film (which...

Thanks for your response -- that's very helpful info about the diopeter lenses.

Your tent project is very cool! (And I've long-admired your benders...)

  13. Have a FUJI PA-45 back? I have a question.

I'm drawing up plans for a 4x5 wooden pinhole camera my cousin is building for me (we're bartering that for my design of his woodworking website).

I want to design it so it can accept regular 4x5...

    Polaroid Land Camera 100
