    Direct Positive

I recently came across a salted paper direct positive process that caught my attention. This is the result of my first test. I am currently experimenting with different papers and preparations, but this is an encouraging first result. Of course, the scan is not the best, the color is close, but much detail is lost - the print is a lot sharper than this (and a tad darker), especially in the branches of the trees. This was a 1.5 hour exposure in my home made 4x5 OmegaCam.

Wow, Dave, I can't wait to see the print itself. You will have to fill me in on how to do it next time we get together (soon, I hope).
