    Narrows Panoramic Roll

It's been a long time since I've used my Schmalzer 618 camera, but I finally took it out the other day for a trip upriver to the Narrows. It was a grey morning, but with all the rain we've been having, everything's become green and lush (and the water's up, which makes both boaters and photographers happy).

Kodak 400UC film. Exposures were around thirty seconds. I played with desaturation and toning in Photoshop -- I liked the results, but decided to post for now in the original color.

    Here's the first:

    A very strong set.

As I wrote on flickr, David - I really like the last one which has a gentle swoosh around the rock on bottom right of picture.

    Magic.

Flowing water, panoramic format, scenic setting............and a keen eye for images!
All the ingredients of beautiful pictures, the last one being the most important, I think.

Thanks for showing these Dave, great!

Last one is really great! I always like flowing water captured on long exposure times. Very like cheat river landscapes- you always can find some new point of view.
