Terrific video. Thanks for posting this, Jimmy.
Yes, terrific. Thanks, Jimmy!

There are more efficient and less egocentric ways to honor vanishing cultures. There have been other impressive large cameras, such as http://robroy.dyndns.info/lawrence/mammoth.html.
I saw some information about this about six months ago. I think he was just starting to take some test negatives. This is very impressive for the times we live in. I would love to see the actual images!
@jim jones: i was wondering indeed about their claim. Pretty sure the largest camera ever build was a pinhole camera the size of a hangar. Do any of you know if this camera was ever built? Those negs are made with a prototype he has, i haven't seen the actual thing anywhere yet. Would be pretty cool to see.
@dwerg85: It was called the " Legacy Project" used an F-18 jet fighter hangar at
El Toro Marine base in Orange county California with a pinhole in one wall to to take the photograph.
There is much information on the internet about this project, for example: http://www.alternativephotography.co...ole-photograph.
I think my crappy formating confused stuff a bit. I know that the hangar cam was built. It's the main reason i'm not impressed by "big camera" claims.
I was actually asking if the manarchy project was ever actually made in full.
