Advantix changed the shape of film canisters from round to oval, which makes them even more suitable for conversion to cameras.
I glued a tin disk on the bottom so I can use a magnet to hold them to a tripod.
The tab on the lid is useful to remind me which are loaded or empty.
A small changing bag and a pack of paper scraps and I am out taking pictures.
I think they work well enough.
Does light still exist if we're not looking?

Wonderful idea! I didn't even know about these containers. This has me thinking about revisiting some of my older experiments with miniature pinhole cameras. And your results posted to the B/W section are great. Hope to see more pix soon.

Didn't APS film always come in those shaped canisters? I am sure I have some from years ago (been a LONG time since I used my little APS camera).

Great recycling. I used some standard 135 film canisters as pocket size pinhole cameras. You can also use these canisters for developing the film or paper in it when you are travelling. :-)
