A day out to the beach with the jeeps

Well at least here were refer to all of that type of vehicle as a "jeep". Pretty sure there's a class name for the type that i'm not remembering right now. Either way, spent a good amount of time at some beaches yesterday taking these instead of swimming.

    The following are all
    4x5
    /130
(heavily expired and damaged) lith film.

    These two are
    8x10
    ƒ/250
on the same expired and damaged lith film

Really happy with this one as it came out exactly as i thought it out. Down to being able to see in the shadows both near and far.

As I said on flickr, I love all of these but number 3 is my out and out favourite, Omar.

You did great to combine soft light with hard stones. The 10x8 images have great quality too.

If a single photograph is a phrase, then a body of work is the full story.

these are really beautiful, i love the 'damaged' quality to the film, it adds something really special to the scenes.

they call them all jeeps here too!
