I was welding the aluminium skin where my previous weld was too weak (not enough penetration) and I split it whilst hammering it smooth. I would have expected the oxy/acetylene torch to appear really bright on film but apparently not.
I have one of the nose of the car I can post too.

Oh, absolutely. I'll be expected to race it in fact since I am a member of the local vintage car club who are into such things. We have an annual vintage race meet that's been going a couple of years now and getting better each year. Have to finish the body and build an engine (4 cylinder 750cc) and am trying to work out where to bolt on the supercharger!Originally Posted by earlj
