I made this pinhole using a cigar box. Two of the three pinhole cameras I've made are from cigar boxes. This is my first attempt at a pinhole. I sacrificed a Singer roll-film back by permanently gluing it to the box. I know; after I did it, I said to myself "I've made a terrible mistake." This box is what I like to call a telephoto camera. It is an f/323, using a 0.020" pinhole in a 6.5" focal length. After this camera I started using metric measurements.

This is a snap from an application I use to meter the light. It allows you to photograph the scene and documents the meter settings.
