This figure is for the whole school. I would like to spend some before the sciences spend it all but its hard to find any journals on photography anymore.

The Society for Photographic Education still publishes a journal, although that might be directed more at Photography teachers.

The only one to which I subscribe is LensWork, which of course I can recommend - I wonder if that fits what you are looking for.
