The second with the mushrooms and skull(?!) is a very striking grouping, but if my attempt at identification is correct, the previous occupant of the skull died from overeating, not poisoning.
Pretty sure those are "Honey Mushrooms", Armillaria mellea, rather tasty and not toxic...
