I showed a photo of this pin hole image being created before (below) but only processed and printed the negative this weekend.

Great image, I like the finishing you do. How strong was the wide blow to have to tie the camera down like that.

ThanksI'm mindful not to cross over the line to 'too much technique, not enough art'. Hopefully I haven't crossed it.
It was pretty windy as I was setting up. The wind was blowing the snow around quite a bit, see the photo below:
However, as you can see from the photo below the pinhole image, it had calmed down a lot when I took the photo. It was still windy and I definitely would have had a LOT of camera shake in the image if I hadn't staked the camera out. I did mean to take my anemometer to measure the wind speed, but the batteries were flat when I was packing the camera up, and didn't have any spare.

Love the final image. All the behind-the-scenes shots are an added bonus.

I really like the streakiness in the clouds here. How long was your exposure?
I made two exposures there, one at 3'30" and the other at 5'10". But as I've only processed one of the two sheets so far, I don't know if this is the longer or shorter of the two exposures.
That first image is sublime. It has a real air of integrity.
