Over at APUG they have a fun activity called the monthly shooting assignment ( MSA ). I like it because it gets me to try new things. Also because it removes "self criticism": try to make a picture to fit the theme and then post it success or failure, good or bad. ( Like posting all the frames from a roll of film without "self-editing" we sometimes see here at f295 ). I've been trying to post a pinhole image for each MSA, along with anything else I might try.
The theme for this one was how to catch a lightbeam:

Experimenting with badly stored expired Ektachrome cross processed.
Exposed in my first attempt at a matchbox pinhole camera (hence the weird and sudden fall off on the right side). It sure made a nice flair though. [oops, I just noticed that this is a b/w thread. sorry.]
