It would be good if we could all agree on some place to interact in the future.... Even if it was just a place to post something like "new pinholes to look at on my website, or flickr or ipernity...." I'd like to see your Oshkosh photos.
Maybe the pinhole forum over at APUG? Of course there are people here doing digital pinhole, but maybe that could be something of a "gathering place" after f295...

Are we giving up without a fight? I don't have any answers myself, but surely there must be a better alternative than Apug. I subscribed for six months to try it out, but didn't feel it was for me. If I had some constructive ideas for saving 295 I'd offer them. But I'm afraid running a forum is outside of my knowledge area and I wouldn't know what's involved or where to start. I'm sure there are plenty of folk 0n 295 more knowledgeable on these matters than I am, and I guess I'm looking to them to come up with suggestions. Maybe I'm reluctant to face the reality that 295 will close.
