    New website an new images

Hi all, here are some images from our latest family vacation in Bretagne, France.

Also nice to tell: I have secured a domain name and created a new website: www.lensloos.nl (translates simply to lensless in English)
I did with wordpress, which is way, way more easy than my old website which I hacked around in HTML... In a few hours the site is there!
My website will grow over time, with blog entries, galleries, articles etc.
Latest article, just added, is a tech article on the anamorph.
Hope you will visit it now and then, feel free to comment, leave tips etc.

At least, that's what I wanted to post. But only the first picture is uploaded, then it stops...maybe I have to many bytes, but I cannot find where to delete older images with the "manage attachments" mechanism...

Will find out one of these days, I hope

I like your website, Danny. It is time for me to do the same.

Nice site, thanks for sharing! BTW, what plugin do you use for galleries in WordPress?
The world is not black and white. It often looks good in grayscale, though.

Thanks for your appreciation Earl, Martin.
Indeed, I use wordpress, works great. Much better then messing around with HTML as I did with me previous site.
I use the twenty-ten main theme, and Nextgen (free version) for the galleries.

Your website look great, Danny. I have to change design of mine site. A quick question- did you use wordpress.com (with online dashboard and free hosting) or wordpress.org to create your website? After quick check in i see that there is no option for gallery plugins in first version (or my IT knowledge is too weak)

    Hi Cezarioo,
I took the easy route: a hosting firm provided me with the hosting platform, and they installed a starting point for me, with admin entry for the wordpress environment, so after a few hours I could go ahead. I just login, and can change anything, add pages, change menus, everything.
This hosting firm also did the URL registry for me. The easy route :-)
And for a whole lot of money, URL is 10 € each year, hosting environment with 50Gb data is about 120€ each year.

I've started a new pinhole-dedicated blog of my own, and have a blogroll at the bottom, where I hope to list as many former F295ers' blogs as I can find. Thus far I have Nick Dvoracek's and Danny's. If you have a pinhole-dedicated blog or website, please include it here as a response, and I'll get it listed on my blogroll.
