Out in very windy weather yesterday. Came up with this. I like the abstractness of it. Zoneplate, Polaroid type 79

Pure color. Almost Rothko-esque. Beautiful, Erin.

I love the intense color and graphic simplicity. It's abstract yet with enough detail to be obviously real. Great image!

One of the best of yours (if not the best) I've seen. Wonderful image, Erin.

ok, i confess. i am leaving a second post here just to make sure this one doesn't get buried before people have more chance to see it. as earl pointed out, it is like a rothko painting, simple and meditative ( your best work usually is). that texture is one i would only expect to see with a fine mezzotint.

thanks - I was unsure at first about this image because it was so painterly and less about an object. Once I scanned it and saw it larger I really came to like it. I am in the process of printing it at 8x10 size to see what it is like even larger.
