**Cancellation Policy: Symposium and/or Workshop reservations may be cancelled for a full refund up to midnight April 17, 2008. Reservations cancelled between April 18 and midnight May 15 will receive a 50% refund and cancellations after May 15 will receive no refund.

**For those who have not pre-registered on-site registration will be available on Thursday from 3-5pm and again on Friday from 8-10:30am: cash or check only. No credit cards will be accepted for in-person registration.
